Orders & Pricing

Prices, descriptions, and availability may change without notice. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
In the event of an error—including pricing inaccuracies—we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.
We may also limit or decline orders where quantities appear inconsistent with personal use.

Payments

All payments are securely processed via Stripe.
We do not store your full payment details. Orders are confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed.

Delivery

Delivery timeframes are indicative and may vary.
Risk passes to you upon delivery. Ownership transfers once full payment has been received.
You are responsible for ensuring appropriate access, including dimensions, entryways, lifts, and site conditions.
Additional charges may apply for failed deliveries, re-delivery, or special handling requirements.

Inspection on Delivery

We recommend inspecting your items upon delivery.
Any visible damage should be noted at the time of delivery or reported within a reasonable timeframe.

Returns

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us so we can assess and resolve the issue in accordance with your rights.
Approved returns must be unused and in original condition, unless faulty.

Made-to-Order & Pre-Orders

Some pieces are made to order or offered on a pre-order basis.
Lead times are indicative and may vary due to production, materials, or logistics.
Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled or modified. Deposits (if applicable) are non-refundable once production has begun.

Natural Materials

Our pieces are crafted from natural materials, including solid timber and stone.
Variations in grain, tone, texture, veining, and finish are inherent characteristics—these are not defects, but part of each piece’s individuality.

Product Care

Our products are designed for longevity when properly cared for.
We are not responsible for damage arising from misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

Consumer Guarantees

Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Cassandra Oak is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.
Our liability is limited to the extent permitted under applicable law.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control.
