Contact us as soon as possible at mail@cassandraoak.com. We will do our best to accommodate changes before your order is dispatched. Once it is on its way we cannot guarantee changes. Custom and made-to-order pieces cannot be changed or cancelled once confirmed.
Yes, for select products. Where custom configurations are available this will be noted on the product page. Made-to-order pieces cannot be returned for change of mind, so take your time before confirming.
Yes. We welcome visitors to our Melbourne warehouse by appointment. Some things are best understood in person. Come and see the pieces up close, feel the materials, and take all the time you need.
3. Delivery
We deliver across Australia. If you are in a remote area, get in touch before ordering and we will confirm availability.
In-stock pieces are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours from our Melbourne warehouse. Delivery timeframes vary by location and will be confirmed at checkout and shortly after your order is placed.
Every piece arrives in purpose-built packaging designed to protect it in transit. Before unpacking, take a moment to check the dimensions against your order. This gives you the most flexibility should you need to return it.
Take photos immediately and contact us at mail@cassandraoak.com within 48 hours with your order number, a description of the damage, and your photos. We will arrange a replacement and ensure everything is resolved promptly.
4. Assembly & Installation
Yes. Our white glove assembly and installation service is available for $150, for deliveries within Greater Melbourne and Geelong. Our team will assemble everything carefully in your room of choice and remove all packaging once done. All you need to do is enjoy the result.
Select the option at checkout or get in touch before your delivery is confirmed and we will arrange it for you.
Assembly and installation is currently only available within Greater Melbourne and Geelong. For all other locations, delivery is to your door via courier with full tracking.
5. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unassembled and in their original packaging. A 25% restocking fee applies and return shipping is at your own cost.
Get in touch before doing anything further. If the piece is genuinely unused and undamaged, contact us at mail@cassandraoak.com and we will work out the best path forward together.
Once we have received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow a few additional days for your bank to process it.
These pieces are made specifically for you and are final sale. We encourage you to reach out before purchasing if you have any questions. Our team is happy to help you decide with confidence.

6. Payments
We accept all major credit and debit cards, processed securely through Stripe.

Yes. Every purchase earns Oak Points equal to 7% of your order value, redeemable as credit toward any future Cassandra Oak purchase. One point equals one Australian dollar.
7. Product & Care
We do our best to represent each piece accurately, but please note that colours and finishes may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings and lighting. Natural materials such as timber and linen also carry their own grain and texture from piece to piece. This is a characteristic of quality materials, not a fault. If you have any questions about a specific piece before purchasing, get in touch and we will help.
Yes. We offer both indoor and outdoor furniture. Each product page clearly indicates whether a piece is designed for indoor or outdoor use. If you are unsure, get in touch and we will point you in the right direction.
Care instructions are provided on every product page. We recommend following them closely to keep your piece looking its best and to maintain your warranty.
