All furniture is delivered directly to your room of choice by our team. Delivery timeframes will be confirmed at checkout and shortly after your order is placed.
Interstate & Regional
All furniture and accessories are delivered Australia wide via courier to your door with full tracking. Delivery timeframes are confirmed at checkout.
Assembly & Installation
Available in Greater Melbourne and Geelong only
Take the effort out of moving day. Our assembly and installation service is available for $150. Our team will come to your home, assemble everything carefully, and remove all packaging once they're done. All you need to do is enjoy the result.
To add assembly and installation to your order, simply select the option at checkout or get in touch with our team before your delivery is confirmed.
Returns
We want you to feel confident every time you shop with us. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.
Change of Mind
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unassembled and in their original packaging. A 25% restocking fee applies.
Custom & Made to Order
These pieces are made specifically for you and are final sale. We encourage you to reach out before purchasing if you have any questions. Our team is happy to help you decide with confidence.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a fault, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement and make sure everything is resolved promptly.
